Postnatal (After Birth) Care
We walk alongside mothers as they transition into motherhood.
Services include
- First visit and postnatal check-up for mother
- Breastfeeding assistance and support
- Emotional wellbeing screening
- Family planning advice
- Parenting education
- Home visits
Extra support
Our postnatal nurses give particular attention to feeding support and to families with premature babies, and they encourage fathers to feel confident and involved. Private patients can also book home visits for help with breastfeeding, baby’s first bath and early newborn care, and join baby support groups.
